Please thoroughly familiarize yourself with my TOS before commissioning me, to avoid disappointment or misunderstandings! While I may remind you of some points here, I will not list them all when conversing with you!Thank you! ~ Ms. Noctis

Terms Of Use

-The commissioned piece you receive is for private and personal use only!-You ARE ALLOWED to post the piece to your gallery/feed as long as credit is given.-You ARE ALLOWED to print the work onto things for your own personal use.-You may color sketches/gray-scales/line-work that you commission from me YOURSELF, however you may not pay someone else to do it for you.-Buyouts of artwork are available. If interested you can contact me at any point.

Basic Rules

-I will ask for an ID from anyone who DOESN'T have their age in their bio/profiles if they are trying to commission or trade NSFW with me.

-I am not responsible for anyone who does not familiarize themselves with my TOS before commissioning or trading with me.

-Payment must be paid upfront before I begin working.
(Commissions $350+ can ask about payment plans)

-There will be no refunds unless I myself is unable to complete it.

-Quotes are only good for 6 months, after that window passes you will have to get a new one whether or not the prices have changed.

-While I am usually pretty quick, If needed you will be notified if there's a possibility of delay or stasis in updates of your commission.

-All edits or revisions may only be made DURING or BEFORE the line-art phase. Any additions or changes may result in an added fee if it is not something that was blatantly discussed previously, that I had forgotten.

Requirements

-You must have a detailed reference or a flat colored image of the character being sent in. Character descriptions may result in a fee unless you are commissioning a CUSTOM or character REVAMP.

-I am open to recoloring or finishing previously purchased gray-scales, flats, or sketches. However you will have to pay the remaining price of the rendering.

-HEAVILY armored characters will likely incur additional fees.

-If you have something specific in mind please present references or a clear description to avoid repeated revision!
